How do I figure out my calorie intake?

hi !

I’m about 5’2 - 5’3 and 110lbs. I’m skinny fat so I have quite a big stomach. What should my calorie intake be if I want to gain muscle but keep my stomach flat? Surplus, deficit or maintenance?

And also when using the calorie calculator, should I be calculating my calorie intake based on my maintenance calories or light exercise or moderate etc.
