When a customer does BOPIS, does the store get credit for the sale or is it considered an online sale? My local store manager is a total sweetheart and I’d like their store to get credit for my business, but when stuff is on sale online but not in store, it’s hard to justify spending more to purchase in store. Just curious about how this works!

After contacting customer service SO many times (at least 15 times), filing a BBB complaint and attempting to reach them on social media, they finally restored my missing points from the Diamond Day fiasco. First they restored the ones that had been removed to zero it out. Then I had to contact them AGAIN to restore the ones that I should have gotten from the purchase, but the supervisor was able to do that pretty quickly.

I hope everyone else who was affected by this was able to get theirs back too!
