Hi all, can someone help explain to me what a “smart / cocktail” wedding outfit involves please? I’m attending a wedding in the UK this month and I have no clue what this means… websites aren’t really helpful and I don’t want to make a fool of myself. I prefer to dress on the more covered side of things and so ideally would wear maxi and long sleeves too :S but I’m seeing everything online say that “tea” / midi length means cocktail. It’s a daytime wedding I should add, and in a barn!
