Seems like all the software has outdated info.
I haven't gotten too far wholsaling just a couple small deals. I wanted a mentorship, but we would have had to litterally choose that over a vehicle. Getting info from the court is soooooo ridiculous, and I'm directed to a website that wants me.to pay for shit that should be FREE. HOW am I supposed to get info about tax liens, inherited prop, vacant, stuff like that? And if my only option really is software,who has the best info?
