As children, we see our parents as superhuman figures, providing for us and solving all the complexities of our lives. But our parents are human after all. They have their moments of failure; they have their moments of profound sadness that we can never truly realize as children. Once we grow up, we may partially understand what our parents were going through. We realize they were trying to be superheroes for us with their very limited human capacity. We realize our parents almost transcend mere superheroes and become what we call father and mother.

Fargo(1996) আমার অত্যন্ত পছন্দের একটা মুভি। পরবর্তীতে Fargo TV show এই পছন্দকে অন্য মাত্রায় নিয়ে গেছে। আমার মনে হয় Fargo সিনেমা ও সিরিজের মেইন থিমের ওপর ভিত্তি করে বাংলাদেশের প্রেক্ষাপটে খুব দুর্দান্ত কন্টেন্ট বানানো সম্ভব। বিশেষ করে- রুথলেস স্মার্ট ক্রিমিনাল, ইনকম্পিটেন্ট ল এনফোর্সমেন্ট এজেন্সি আর মানুষের ক্রমশ ডার্কনেসের ভিতরে তলিয়ে যাওয়া এসব থিম গুলো আমাদের দেশের কন্টেন্টে অনুপস্থিত।
