Apple Watch users: have your recorded total calories gone way up since the most recent update?
I know these metrics are to be taken with a large pinch of salt, but I’ve noticed a big jump in my total calories burned per Ladder workout since the last update. For example: comparable lower body workouts from last Wednesday and today: 225 calories vs 338 calories.
Curious if it’s the same for others?
