Does anyone know why i cant rename my device on smart life app ?

Keep getting this strange error

Prompt Message : Imput cannot be empty

Please help

Hi everyone yesterday i moved to smart life app for my extension board by wipro when i was using their own app never had issue but since i moved to smart life for mix brands of smart extension setup this app shuts down all Devices when there is power fluctuations

Please if someone has a solution help me out
