Flydigi Apex 5 + Wingman P5: Select Button (Touchpad Click) Not Working on PS5

When connecting the Flydigi Apex 5 to a PS5 via Wingman P5, the Select button is unresponsive.
This makes it impossible to use the touchpad-click function in-game.
