ELI5: Why does anyone still have a "legacy" or postpaid cell plan?
The prepaids are all like, wildly cheaper. And they run on the same networks. So why does anyone (myself included) still have a postpaid plan?

When I pay my nearly $200 Verizon bill for two lines, plus home internet- why am I not doing one of the MNVOs for $15/$20/$30/$40 a month? Why are people staying with the legacy carriers? Is the service (either cellular service or customer service) that much materially different in the MNVO world?
