Yesterday I had blood tests done and my tsh was 5.12 (high)and my t4 free 1.17 (normal). My doctor just said she’s going to get my tsh tested again in a few months and I was wondering can you lower it? I checked google for symptoms of high tsh and I’ve had weight gain, fatigue, anxiety, muscle-weakness also memory issues for a while now but I guess I thought I just needed more sleep or something. I’m male 31.

All day I’ve been feeling a lump in my throat haven’t felt that sensation in like a decade. It feels like when you cry or hold In your tears and try swallowing food idk if it makes sense. I’m on 60mg since January. Anyone felt this?
