I had plumber come over to inspect our home and make sure all the work a previous contractor did about 5 years ago was not leaking in the attic. He went to turned off the shutoff valve and checked the meter and noticed that it spins but then stops. He's not sure if there's a leak from the meter to the home. We are having the city come out to inspect the meter tommrow. I'm interested to know in your professional opinions on what could be wrong. Thank you!
