is there any tips ?

i used it yesterday just fine and suddenly now it doesn't appear in file explorer , i can find it in disk management - it said "Unknown - not initialize" . i tried searching all over net for answer and couldn't still find one , my data is important so i want to back up too if possible. but it doesn't appear in back up software too ! i am out of ideas and need help T.T
