I can’t figure out how to get my firmware updated. Apple support says connect them to power leave with in Bluetooth range wait a half an hour should be updated.
I’ve been dealing with a case that drains itself by trying to over connect to my phone. One of the suggested troubleshooting is update firmware. Case is 8B39 case is 8B34.
I’m seriously thinking about sending these back to Apple to hopefully get a better working pair. Little upset I’m going to lose my engraving but oh well. So PLEASE offer me anything you can think to do for an update to firmware.
My AirPods Pro 3s are constantly showing up on my phone at all sorts of random times. It’s so excessive that I have to charge my case every night otherwise they won’t work in the morning. I have apple care on them and was thinking about getting a replacement case because everything I have tried hasn’t worked yet.

I am really at my wits end the AirPods will just be sitting in my pocket and the status screen pops up all the time. It also likes to try to connect to other phones or iPads.
