i posted this plant 5 years ago and no one seemed sure if it was echeveria or aeonium. this plant is actually an offshoot of that parent plant, and it's at least 3 years old, probably 4 - i remember the offshoot grew fairly soon after i got it. within the past year it grew a second head, and within the past month that head got taller and developed the terminal bloom. from what i'm seeing on the internet that's how aeoniums flower, and this plant has never flowered before. however i think its leaves are giving echeveria; they aren't as flat and skinny as what i'm seeing in pictures of aeoniums. (i don't have my own aeonium unless this is one) what do we think - fat leafed aeonium or death bloom echeveria?
