Few people realize this, but Bondi being fired means that Trump is on bad terms with her, atop of everything else. That lowers the chances Bondi will receive a midnight pardon by Trump.

Bondi may actually go to jail in 2031 for slow-walking the release of the Epstein files without the protection of a pardon.
