As you can see, while there is an upper limit (so I can’t just dump five tons of junk and be done with it), the amount never actually decreases. So I basically never have to get knocked out at the lights show repeatedly just to cash in my collection of Brush Guns and 10mm SMGs
I know there's a common bug with being unable to report your results with the Omertas. That's not my issue
My issue is that I finished the Omerta business early on via the "How Little We Know" quest given by Joana, and ended the conflict by killing Big Sal and Nero (well I used the <Lie> option to make them shoot each other)
But after a long time later (like "100%ing OWB" later later) I finally got to that part of the House quest and he said I pissed them off so much they refused to let me enter? Last I check the Omertas are perfectly fine with me

Boone was my main companion so they never got to say their whole “Caesar hates you” speech. But after Old World Blues I decided to start Cass’ companion quest. Imagine my surprise when the assassin randomly walks up behind me like a third companion
I’m currently on my first ever playthrough, and I have Boone as a companion. Along the way I gave him Paciencia, the Ratslayer, and a generic Sniper Rifle. Only later on did I learn I have to actually give him ammo for his new weapons, but when I checked on him again he doesn’t have them anymore. I think I removed Paciencia from his inventory at one point, but I’m quite certain he kept the Ratslayer and the Sniper Rifle
I did hear him say he ran out of ammo in a fight, which is weird since, again, I didn’t know to give him ammo for new weapons. So did he like drop the weapons there or something? It would be a pain to relocate the unique Rifles again, or worse if they actually despawned
Edit: I found the weapons (alongside some I have him and ED-E carry that I forgot). Turns out it is in Gomorrah’s secret safe that stores your weapons when you enter. It’s invisible and inside a wall and apparently you have to either no-clip or open it via third-person camera (I chose the former because I didn’t know about the cash room door/I’m not wasting a Stealth Boy and magazine just because the game bugged out)
