For those who have had a MPFL reconstruction, how was your mobility post op day 9 or 10?
Just trying to gauge where my progress is at. I know everyone recovers at different speeds.

Been working on quad activation and moving around more (9 days post op MPFL) but the brace is pushing on this bandage and my stitches making it quite painful to do anything. Any suggestions to ease this or is it too early in the healing process?

A week post op from MPFL and experiencing an intense pain or cramp feeling in this location. Has anyone else had this?
The pain feels deep within.. kind of as if my stitches are going go explode. I’m not sure if it’s a spasm or a cramp but my entire leg has tensed up and I can’t relax it.
