went to give her breakfast and i walked up the cage and her mouth was wide open, i checked the inside of her mouth and didnt see anything inside. her basking spot sits at 83°, so it’s not too hot. should i bring her to the vet? never seen this behavior before
lil buddy got his tank upgraded, anything else i need to add? so far theres a neon pothos, satin pothos, golden pothos and a fat monstera at the bottom. the bg is spray foamed and has more hidey spots and branches. not pictured but yes he has uvb and heating, and has a misting system set up. i have a bunch more sticks and perches but i can’t tell if theres enough in there as is. reptibreeze XL 2’x2’x4’
i live in a super dry environment and have been struggling with keeping the humidity up for both of my chams at night. i have sealed the sides of both of the cages with window sealant, have tons of live plants, increased automatic misting’s at night ect ect. it stays at about 76% but thats still too low. i have jackson’s chams so they need a temp drop at night, and i was wondering if anyone has enjoyed using repticooler? it seems like a good option to keep humidity up, allow the chimney effect to work, and keep the temp down. though i do know a lot of stuff marketed for chams is actually just trash, thought i’d ask before wasting money. attached are pics of my chams for tax
