Will be driving to Quarteira in May for an extended stay and wondering if there are any decent spots en route from Lisbon to stop for lunch? Check in at our airbnb isnt till late afternoon, so will have lots of time to kill and thought maybe a meal somewhere on the way could be worthwhile.
Looking for this subs recommendations on places to check out while in the Algarve.
We will be travelling from Canada for two weeks in May, and will be primarily based in Quarteira, but will have a car so willing and able to travel for good food. Would love recommendations beyond just fine dining, we will be with our kids and my wife's extended family (built in childcare for the nicer nights out) so both fine dining and more casual suggestions are appreciated.
We are waiting to hear back on reservations at Vila Joya already. We have also heard that Marina com Noélia is worth checking out as well for more casual fare. Other than that, our two weeks are a fairly open book. Thanks in advance for suggestions.
