Does it help to personalise our bid on a home?
The older adult children of the previous homeowners are selling the home. We really want the house and think we have a good chance and made a very strong offer. Would including a personal note to them explaining who we are and what raising our own kids in the house would mean to our family have any impact or not? What do you think?
