24m | IST | Looking to get back on track
I was hit with a minor injury 4 months ago, which kinda derailed my life. Past 4 months have sorta watered down years of effort. Plus gave me a social media addiction (doomscrolling basically, screen time around 6hrs+). I definitely want to get back on to living and actually enjoying life, which I know wont be possible without discipline.
So my broad goals would be
Deep work for 4-5 hrs and around 3-5 hrs of grunt work
Working out again (maybe 5 days a week)
Daily steps (8-12 k)
Reading targets
Id like to connect with someone from the same time zone if possible. It would essentially be daily check ins and keeping each other accountable, sorta motivating to get through blocks in the process.
