Do you agree with this?

Saw this online somewhere. Do you thinks it’s true?

“Unpopular opinion: Job hopping will increase your salary faster than loyalty.

Most companies budget small raises. But they budget larger salaries for new hires.

It’s not personal.

It’s just how compensation systems work.

Understand the rules of the game.”

How should I approach exhibit analysis?

I find myself struggling with the exhibit analysis.

I understand the top-down communication structure, but the problem is that I become completely lost in the amount of data, and can’t properly connect all the dots concisely, let alone quickly.

What am I missing? Experienced people, please suggest proper actionable techniques how to approach the exhibit synthesis and insights generation from first principles. Would greatly appreciate this!

Would appreciate the help.

I was entirely on an academic path, BS - MS - PhD and very recently started a project (not an official company at this point) a website on clinical data. During my BS I had a part time job in healthcare.

Background info: I’m applying through a referral and the recruiter deemed everything good, and will consider me for junior associate.

While recruiter was ok with everything at this point, how might interviewers react to my cv and could it be a deciding factor that I don’t have any experience outside academia?

Unconventional, but more of a curiosity question. Couldn’t find a more relevant flare, sorry!

I got curious, at McK, is it acceptable to take your wife with you to a project that you’ve been staffed on?

Wouldn’t want to be alone in another country for weeks without her plus would love her to explore other countries. Do know anyone who has been doing this?
