Town of Bedford,VA or Roanoke,VA looking at houses
Looking to buy house soon. Currently looking at the Town of Bedford,VA and Roanoke, VA. I heard that the utilities in the Town of Bedford cost more compared to Roanoke. Any insights or advice would be helpful.
