Just did 100k on my rowerg. Really struggled with cramps everywhere at around 60 and 90k. Got through it. Never again. I was aiming for 7hr30mims and was on target at 60k but had to have some
Stops to sort out cramps.

Hi everyone, I’m going to give the 100k a go next Saturday. I’ve done a marathon before and regularly do 600-900k in the team challenges.

I wanted to get up to 60k in training but for various reasons I’ve not been able to get there. I did a 30k yesterday in just over 2 hours and I’ll maybe do 35 or 40 next week.

Just looking for any advice or tips. I was looking at doing 20min between small feeds and drinks (banana, gels, salt tablets) and standup every 40m.
