How many days duration would make a trip of all 3 areas feasible?

How many days would you give each area?

I want be realistic and not overfill an itinerary. For a 33YO couple who are intermediate outdoorsman, if that matters. Planning for sometime this summer. Ideally we want to do some overnight paddling plus backpacking or day hikes. Any insight on pitfalls, issues, or tips when planning would be greatly appreciated!
