Hey guys! Im about 6 months post op in Canada and probably a bit behind schedule. I am tired of paying $150 for 30 mins of rushed physio every 2 weeks. I am thinking of going to Bangkok where I am spent a lot of time and have friends, and continuing my rehab there. I am wondering if anyone has done this as well and has recommendations? I was looking at FIFA accredited BASEM, but figuring out the costs seems to be impossible. Appreciate any help!
