Are you embracing your gray/graying hair?

I’m rocking my salt and pepper hair.

I think I’m around 50% gray at the moment. I love it. It’s healthy and looks cool (in my opinion haha).

Do you embrace your gray/graying hair?

Anyone else just want to be comfortable at their job instead of climbing the career ladder?

Before covid hit, I was focusing on progressing my career, I felt quite ambitious and wanted more money and more senior job title.

Now, few years later, all I want in my job is to be comfortable.

I don’t want to bend over backwards, work longer hours or ask for extra projects to prove myself to be worthy of a promotion and get a more senior job title. I just don’t want all the stress that comes with that.

Do any of you relate? I feel like in my mid-thirties I should be or am expected to be climbing career ladder, but I just want to be comfortable.
