Check your account very carefully, Bilt charging interest for no reason.
Palladium card user here. I pay off my card in full one day after receiving the statement. Just noticed that I have been charged an interest and proceeded to call customer service. They could not identify any reason for the interest charge and could not assure this won’t happen again. I am not fully convinced it is just a glitch in the system. If possible, please let me know if you have experienced something similar. If there is evidence this is fraudulent, accountability needs to be established.
