I was hoping for some advice on levelling my backyard. It has been a few years since I've owned the property and want to finally start tackling the backyard; it is quite large. It has high and low spots (as you might be able to see from the potted plants along the fence and the survey), a slope for drainage and hard soil that's quite tough to dig.

Any and all advice on levelling, tools, machinery, reseeding, or just generally where to start is very much appreciated! Should I just hire a landscaper/contractor or given enough time, will I be able to do it myself?

Note: I also want to eventually put in a gravel and slab pathway on the right side, if possible.
