HELP what do I do?!?
So I was wondering when I should feed and if I should dose panacur, this is my setup it’s one moth old, 14 gallon rimless, I currently run two filters due to me not knowing I should only run sponge since my goal is breeding, I had the HOB pushed to the front (intake covered with 60ppi foam) and the sponge in the back hidden as that’s the permanent filter; I didn’t remove the HOB as I didn’t want to disturb beneficial bacteria. I just got my breeder pack of 10 and 5 pack (+ 4 extras). I have a hydra problem I just noticed on Saturday and ordered panacur to dose before shrimp came. They ended up up coming today on Tuesday same day as the panacur. I went ahead and acclimated the shrimp over 2 hours (30 minutes in bag) (a little over an hour and a half drip acclimating). I don’t know if it’s too early to dose or if it even matters, I would like to dose tomorrow I bought a precision scale and everything. As I believe it’s 0.1 grams per 10 gallons I wanna dose around 0.12 unless advised otherwise. I also bought the starter pack from shrimp envy as pictured, came with growth envy, shell envy, compete envy, and baby envy. I consider my tank to be heavily planted and it has salvina mini plus frog-bit on the top so I don’t know if should feed regularly or how often (and what to use and when to use it) one of my females did come berried and she’s actively fanning the eggs as well. I’m sorry for the long message if anyone knows or has any advice please let me know.
