I've recently started tracking my macros and any calculator/apps that I've used say to consume between 80-90g of protein a day. I'm 31f, 5'6, 130lbs and actively walk either 12k-15k steps or for 2 hrs almost daily, with good inclines throughout the walk. I'm a vegetarian and have never really put any focus into protein until very recently. I know muscle weighs more than fat, but I'm trying to lose a couple pounds and it seems to be that Im just gaining more weight while not feeling much stronger. I feel like Im eating too much protein but I have no clue and I'd really like some help please.
