I had a hydration epiphany today
I'm not sure if this has been shared on here.
If you're like me, staying hydrated during a job is a real pita. I don't take breaks and I just get into a groove to get the job done. Having to stop to go drink water is inconvenient and too often I wind up skipping it in favor of maintaining the groove.
Well I came down with a common infection that involves antibiotics and mandatory hydration. And of course it would be on a week where I'm deep cleaning two new clients on top of three maintenance cleans. So I HAVE to figure out a way to stay hydrated while still maintaining the groove.
A hydration pack. A CamelBak. It holds 2 liters and makes hydration super convenient. I don't know how I ever cleaned without it. Hell I'm even wearing it around the house!
Just wanted to share this in case anyone else needed the epiphany that I had today.
