How to force Medtronic 780g to handle high sugar after falling asleep?

Hey guys,

Does anyone know how to help the pump deliver more insulin automatically?

My daughter was on manual mode for about half a year, and then switched to auto mode. Since then, her blood sugar starts rising very high right after she falls asleep (around 250–280).

She has been using auto mode for 4 months now, but the pump still seems to struggle with handling it.

Yesterday we started giving small boluses right after she falls asleep, and now her sugar stays around 180.

Do you have any ideas on how to “teach” the pump to react better or become smarter in this situation?
