AC Signal "Riding" a DC Voltage.
When refoaming vintage speakers I use two AA batteries in series (3V) to pull or push the cone for easier glue application and to "seat" the cone once the glue is applied. I also use a cheap Lepai chip amp to send a ~30HZ signal to keep the voice coil centered.
My last project needed both, when I disconnected the DC that was "seating" the glued cone to the frame it fell away and I couldn't use my 30hz signal.
I would like to combine the two, is it as simple as polarized capacitors on the output of the amp to block the 3V DC?
