I only pulled out enough to make potato salad. That big guy up top is almost 1 lb itself, and bigger than my fist!

It’s the anniversary of our trip to Seoul and this is a great memory and souvenir of our time there! It’s not the same as eating it tabletop, but it’s just as delicious. Saam, banchan and rice not shown.

I went into this on a whim, not expecting much after hearing some of the horror stories about carrots from seed. Now im drowning in carrots! Maybe it’s beginners luck.

Made half the batch slightly smaller for breakfast, but overall I like a tighter bagel to use as a sandwich bun. Anyone else?

They’re about 6ish inches. Yay! Very proud of them.
