Why is this leaf drying in such a strange way at the bottom? Should I remove it? This specific leaf has been this size since the plant was a baby. The plant is now about two palm sizes tall, and I recently noticed that this part has started to dry out in a sharp triangle shape.

I water about once or twice a month, from the top or let it suck the water from the bottom(when I have time). I live in a very warm and humid country. This pot is the first baby from the mother plant.
