I'm an fanta otp currently celestial, almost LV70.

if I put LV65 and 70 rewards on my banner, I'm gonna get target ban. so what's the point of these rewards, if I can't even use them? they need to change these to a cool emote on 65 or something, but 70 should definitely be a skin, something unique that I can actually use, it's just a waste.. really annoying.
