My take on a cocktail posted last night

u/toros_mueren_por_mi posted a drink last night. This is my version of it:

**The Slurricane**

2 oz TCRL WP 2013

2 oz Hampden HLCF Classic

1 oz amaretto

1 oz orange liqueur

1 oz lime juice

1/2 oz yellow rock simple

shake, dirty dump in a hurricane-ish glass

top with peychauds

*yellow rock simple recipe*

1 package yellow rock sugar

1 equal amount of water

simmer in a sauce pan on low until all rocks are melted. remove from heat. let cool slightly, then bottle in sterile glass containers. add a few drops of 100 proof neutral spirit to preserve. store in fridge, should be good for a few months.
