New Customer - Gousto

New customer of Gousto, on week 3 / 4 now

Wondering how people feel about it once the discount period runs out? Do you still feel like it is good value for money, especially in comparison to the stores (of course it takes all the stress out of deciding what to eat and actually going and getting it etc) but I am worried about when the discount period ends, actually is this going to be affordable and is it still going to be worth it?

Just started getting Gousto Boxes

New customer of Gousto, on my 3rd / 4th week. Has all been good so far! I really struggle planning meals, and getting the energy to plan my meals, to go out and get it, then each night decide what I’m going to have and then to cook it, so having it all delivered with recipes really helps! Quality of the food has been really good so far, apart from one duck breast we had wasn’t the best cut of meat, but also something I would never have tried or cooked myself otherwise!

I do find quite a lot of the meals have additional charges on them which is frustrating. That being said, if you are thinking of trying it out, then please feel free to use my code, and make use of the additional offer they have at the minute, you will get 70% off the first box, 40% off on the second and then 25% off for the following months! I’d recommend trying some of the additional cost items while you’ve got the discounted rates!

(Full disclosure the code does give us credit to spend when you use it so if you do, know it is really appreciated, thank you!)

Mare’s Tail

R.I.P my sanity and my garden

We moved into our new house, the garden is so overgrown, and coming into spring it’s just exploding. Pretty certain that this is mare’s tail coming through the bricks and on the grass, seen so many different people give different advice as to what ti do about it. We are thinking to literally pull all the grassy area (going around the bushes and trees) up and kill it all off and basically start again, but also unsure of the most effective way to do this?

Saw someone mention that when they start sprouting like this to pull them out immediately, but they seem to break off just above ground level?

Any advice would be appreciated
