Magnus Pro XL slight frame deformation when securing legs
I’m on step 2B of the assembly guide. When the motorised leg columns are fully slotted in to the desk frame so the screw fasteners are fully against the back of the slots, there is some lateral play, so the leg columns can move side to side (there are small gaps between the sides of the leg columns and the metal frame they are slotted into).
For this reason, tightening the screw fasteners enough to prevent the legs wobbling around within the frame causes a slight deformation of the frame (photos attached of each leg). This didn’t take much force and just to reiterate, I only tightened them enough to prevent movement, so the leg columns feel solid with the desk frame.
Is this normal? Should I continue with the assembly?
Thanks
