I've never tried makeup before, just bought a concealer for my eyes. The consultant gave me mattifying powder for my veins visible on the eye area, not sure if I even need that, because why not just use the concealer on it too? Anyways, when I'm applying it it doesn't do anything, I'm clueless as to how this is supposed to work
