I have 1k+ subscribers- but not many views on my videos. Additionally some subscribers are saying they don’t receive notifications on my new posts.Is it some algorithmic issue or something I have missed doing?

My worry is if subscribers don’t get notification and my video is not watched- the algorithm will stop promoting any further - how-will my channel grow?
