I have very very bad nausea because of endometriosis, gastrisis and medication.

The only thing that helps rn is my mint essential oil and I’ve been putting raw drops of it on my tongue for the past 2 weeks I’d say. It’s really the only thing that helps. Smelling it is not enough.

Is it dangerous ? Why is it not recommended ? I honestly feel fine and even better.

I’ve seen my doc and my mid wife several times and they are very nice but I’m tired of them being so nonchalant about this particular symptom that is making me weak, because I can barely eat anymore.

It started a month a go a few days before my periods and it has not gone away. I have had nausea everyday for the past month.

So do you guys have similar natural solution to nausea ?
