Spruce Terms:

1. the Referrer must have active Spruce Accounts;
2. the Referrer must send their referral link to someone who does not have Spruce Accounts ("Referred Person");
3. the Referred Person must open new Spruce Accounts between Apr 1st and Apr 15th and must not have previously opened Spruce Accounts;
4. the Referred Person must complete the following steps within 45 days of opening their Spruce Accounts:
   1. receive $200 or more in qualifying direct deposits (defined below); and
   2. activate their physical Spruce debit card; and
5. neither the Referrer nor the Referred Person may be a resident of the state of Washington.
