Hi,
just came across this sub and wanted to check with those who know South Korea well.
My wife & I are going with our two teenagers to Japan and South Korea this summer, and will be arriving in Seoul 1st July.
We've planned our trip ourselves so we have to organise everything. We'll have one night in Seoul before we fly to Cheju (Jeju?) island on 2nd July. Then we fly to Busan on 5th July, but we'll be going directly to Gyeongju and staying one night there. Then on the 6th July we hop on a KTX back to Seoul for our remaining 4 days there until we leave for home on 10th.
We've booked all our accommodation and flights (but not KTX/trains yet from Busan to Gyeongju and Gyeongju to Seoul).
Is there something we REALLY need to see on this trip, that we might have missed out on; something that is maybe of great interest to our teenagers, or generally for both young and old? 😄
