A small-town girl gets off a bus in the big city and gets hit in the head with a snowball by a local guy. They date. She gets pregnant, then has an abortion. She later meets and marries a business man or politician. They have a child of their own. The first boyfriend kills the doctor who performed the abortion and tracks down the girl. He kidnaps her new baby and summons her to a rooftop, where he tells her she needs to prove her love by throwing the baby off the roof. She agrees but shoves him off the roof instead.
