Artist to draw my oc

Hey, I’m looking to commission an anime artist for a piece of my OC and figured I’d try here first.

The idea is a full‑body shot of her mid‑draw with her katana, cherry blossom petals around her, and maybe a shrine gate blurred in the background. Nothing super complex, just enough atmosphere to make it feel alive. If you’ve ever seen some of the quieter scenes in Fate/Stay Night UBW, that’s the kind of mood I’m aiming for.

Budget is around $80–$150 USD, but I can stretch a bit if your style really fits what I’m imagining. I prefer PayPal (G&S is fine), but Ko‑fi works too if that’s easier for you.
