Hey everyone,

I was contacted by recruiter for the Data Center Technician I role at Google! I have three 45-minute interviews coming up next month and I'm looking for guidance on how to prepare.

My background is in a small startup environment - assembling PCs, flashing operating systems, and general hardware work - but I don't have direct data center experience. I'd love advice on:

• What topics should I focus on to bridge the gap?
• Any recommended study resources (books, courses, YouTube channels, etc.)?
• What skills or knowledge areas are most important for this role?
• Behaviors Round / Googliness interview Guidance

I'm also curious about the interview format from those who have been through it - is it a panel interview or one-on-one? How many interviewers should I expect?
