Dysphasia safe fruit/veg smoothies

Hi all.

I’ve been struggling with swallowing solid food for a few weeks and because of it haven’t consumed hardly any fiber which I used to consume regularly before this condition disrupted my life.

I’ve been surviving off hard boiled eggs, tuna, protein shakes, muffins, broth, yogurt and I’ve really been wanting to get in some fruits and vegetables through smoothies preferably. If anyone has any dysphagia safe, high fiber smoothie recipes (2-4 ingredients preferably) I’d greatly appreciate it. Thanks in advance.
