Is it easy to make friends/meet people solo?
I am going to Bali for my 20th birthday solo, it will be my 5th international solo trip and I still haven’t made a single friend or met anyone. I think it’s partly because the countries I went to people tend to keep to themselves and I am not a fan of hostels at all.
I really want to put myself out there because ive heard bali is filled with Aussies (which is where im from) and I hope to make friends while im there. I have booked 2x full day shared tours, a perfume making class and a shared dining experience where you are sat with all strangers with the intent of leaving as friends. I wanted to know if there was any other ways I could potentially meet people?
I’m a little scared to go clubbing on my own as im not the type to approach others (introvert) but im also quite tall and intimidating because of my RBF so it is very rare that people will approach me, is there any ways you met people in Bali?
